B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT)

The field of Medical Laboratory Technology is of vital important as it is the backbone of all the medical sciences. It is a professional Education without which a proper lab diagnosis is beyond the scope of imagination of future with the efforts of clinicians, doctors and allied therapists; it saves time and maintain accuracy for the protection of the ailing persons and minimizes the hazards of time consumption for fast and proper treatment of untreated patients in view of its lab diagnosis.

Course Duration : 3 years

Educational Qualification : Candidate must passed out 12th standard in science stream from a recognized board or university.

With adequate knowledge and experience, medical laboratory
technologists can advice to supervisory or management position in the labs and hospitals. They can also work as Laboratory Manager/
Consultant, Supervisor, Healthcare, Administrator, Hospital Outreach Co-ordinator, Laboratory Information System Analyst/Consultant, Education Consultant/Coordinator etc. Additional Opportunities are available in Molecular Diagnostics, Molecular Biotechnology Companies and In Vitro-Fertilization Laboratories as well research Labs.
